Hemp-infused refreshments are the newest summer trend for cannabis consumers. Enjoy poolside cocktails—or rather, mocktails for my alcohol-free explorers—iced cold brews, freshly pressed juices, pre-workout powder mixes, and post-workout protein smoothies, all with a little added pizzazz.

Nowadays, you can find THC-infused seltzers on the shelf and served in specialty locations, THC-infused slushy machines in dispensaries and CBD shops, and even consumption lounges outfitted like traditional bars in cannabis-legal states. Some local health food stores are also offering Full Spectrum oil add-ins for smoothies and pressed juices.

Tropical Sunrise Smoothie

Prep:5-10 minutes 

Total Time:8-12 Minutes 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup frozen  pineapple
  • 2 cups mango pineapple juice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 5-25mg of your hemp oil of choice

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine juice and frozen fruit in blender 
  • Blend until fruit is pureed, stir occasionally to get chunks of frozen fruit
  • Add yogurt and cbd oil to the mixture, and blend until smooth.
  • Mixture color should be consistent, after adding in yogurt. 
  • Pour & Enjoy

Mojito

Mocktail 

Prep:5 minutes 

Total Time:5-8 Minutes 

EQUIPMENT

  • Lowball Glass 
  • Muddler 
  • Cutting board 
  • Pairing knife 

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 Fresh mint leaves, Plus more for garnishing 
  • 1-3 Hemp leaves for garnish
  • 5-25mg of hemp oil 
  • ½ lime cut into wedges 
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar 
  • 1 cup ice 
  • ½ cup club soda/Sprite for a sweeter drink  

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Crush one lime wedge and mint leaves in glass with muddler
  • Add two more lime wedges, sugar, muddle again-releasing lime juice, do no strain. 
  • Add desired dose of Hemp oil 
  • Fill to about a half inch away from top with ice 
  • Add soda of choice, and sugar to taste
  • Garnish with leaves and lime wedge
  • Enjoy 

Infused Cocktail 

Prep:5 minutes 

Total Time:5-8 Minutes

Hemp infused cold foam 

 

Prep:5 minutes 

Total Time:5-8 Minutes

 

EQUIPMENT

  • Handheld Frother, or blender  
  • Cup 
  • Coffee of choice 

INGREDIENTS

  • 5mg-25mgHemp oil of choice 
  • 2 tablespoons Lavender simple syrup 
  • ¼ a cup minimum Milk of choice (dairy-plant based), ensure frother is covered 
  • Prepped cup of hot or iced coffee 

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Combine milk, lavender syrup, and hemp oil in cup
  • Ensure frother is covered completely 
  • Froth, or blend, until mixture becomes frothy and thick
  • Pour over coffee, spooning out remaining froth if needed.
  • Enjoy 

Green Goddess Juice

Prep:10-12 minutes 

Total Time:10-15 Minutes 

 

EQUIPMENT

  • Juicer 
  • Medium-Large pitcher
  • Cutting board 
  • Knife 
  • Glass to drink immediately, or jars to store for later
  • Hemp oil of choice 

INGREDIENTS

  • 5mg-25mg of hemp oil of choice 
  • 4 Kale leaves, washed and patted dry 
  • 2 green apples, washed, dried, and halved 
  • 1 cucumber washed and dried 
  • ½ lime, peeled
  • ½ Knob of of fresh ginger, ½ inch or smaller

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Gather, wash, dry and prep all ingredients 
  • Process all raw ingredients through juicer
  • Once all raw ingredients have been juiced, mix thoroughly
  • Pour into glasses, add hemp oil, stir and enjoy 
  • Or store the fresh juice in glass jars, to be enhanced at the time of enjoyment 
  • Remember to stir well after enhancing, and shake before drinking and stored juices.

Infused Pre Workout

  • Shaker Bottle or water bottle 
  • Preworkout mix of choice 
  • 5mg-25mg of preferred hemp oil
  • Water, room temp or lightly chilled is recommended

INGREDIENTS

  • 5mg-25mg of hemp oil of choice 
  • Pre Workout powder of choice 
  • 8-12 oz of water, use pre workout mix recommendations

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add all ingredients to bottle 
  • Shake and Enjoy
